About Me

After years of visiting El Salvador, as a family we made the decision to move back here with our two young children to be closer to my husband’s extended family. We’re fortunate to have a large, supportive family there, which made the move with a baby and toddler so much easier.
Still, even with those strong local ties, I found it surprisingly hard to get clear, up-to-date information about where to go and what to do with kids. I am creating this guide to make things easier for others. My goal is to bring together the kind of practical, parent-approved info I was always looking for—safe playgrounds, local tips, weekend ideas, and more—all in one place.
